Being that you own a dog, chances are you’re dog is your partner in crime and an important member of the family member. You wouldn’t have it any other way.
However, one thing we don’t like to admit as dog lovers is that even the most obedient and well behaved dogs don’t listen. One minute Fido is happily catching the frisby, the next he’s chasing a squirrel or his other dog friends.
As a result Fido completely ignores you which can be frustrating. Their strong sense of independence could be apart of their personality and frankly in their DNA. This is especially the case if you own these dog breeds below which are known to be stubborn.
#1 Siberian Husky
Siberian Husky’s are beautiful dogs that resemble wolves with their thick coated fir. They have great endurance and are often used as sled dogs to pull light loads. Their temperament is typically loyal, mischievous, goofy and outgoing.
Although they are a very popular dog breed, they are one of the most stubborn. This is because they are very intelligent and strong willed which can work against their trainers efforts as they constantly test the waters. This breed definitely requires good alpha style trainer.
