Doug would jump over obstacles designed for equestrian competitions, and he would even eat grass. Whenever it’s feeding time for the horses, Doug would join them eating the hay and bran mashes. Whenever Cami do anything with the horses, Doug always wants to be part of it.
Whenever Cami puts the horses on hot walkers, Doug would be sitting whining and begging his mom to put him on the hot walker with his horse friends. Cami gave in to Doug’s whining and put his leash on the dog walker. Doug was so proud, and he was trying so hard to walk like the horses.
The horses also accepted Doug as part of the family. They love having Doug around, and one particular horse had a special bond with Doug. This particular horse is named Nigel, and it’s Cami’s horse. Technically, Doug and Nigel are brothers.
Doug helped comfort Nigel when he was brought in from the United Kingdom. When Doug arrived, he was so stressed because of the long trip. Cami and Doug spent the entire night comforting Nigel, and Nigel also sought comfort from Doug. Nigel rested his head on Doug, and Doug was so patient and let Nigel cuddle with him.
