If you’re planning to enlist your puppy to become a service dog, it’s essential to abide by the training guidelines set by the authorities. After all, service dogs serve as a guide to people who need them.
Thus, it’s not unusual that a six-week-old German Shepherd puppy undergoes training to become a full-fledged service dog. Though the pup needs more practice, it seems the future’s bright for this adorable little fellow.
Here you go.
In this adorable training footage, a cute six-week-old German Shepherd puppy sits on the floor. The pup continues to sit still until its fur parent lays down some objects on the floor.
As fur parent lays the objects on the carpet, the curious puppy carefully takes a look at the things spread out before it. Soon after, the puppy starts sniffing on them.
Without further ado, the snappy pup saunters towards one of the objects and grabs hold of it. After securing the object, the puppy eagerly hands it over to fur parent’s outstretched palm.
Very good!
Though the puppy initially forgot to hand the object, fur parent still rewards the pup with a delicious treat. With this, the puppy immediately munched on the delectable snack before moving on to the next object.
Soon enough, the smart pup grabs hold of another object. This time, there’s an improvement with the puppy’s performance as it quickly doles out the object it’s holding to its fur parent’s hand.
With this development, the puppy’s fur parent once again rewards the pooch with another delectable snack. As soon as it finished munching on its food, the dog quickly fetches the last object on the floor.
