Its an unfortunate part of our world that so many dogs are homeless, abandoned and not receiving the love and care they desire. Its certainly the case in Romania.
A team of rescuers came across a dog named Remy. They were doing a spay-neuter campaign in a rural part of Romania when they were greeted by Remy.
They learned that Remy was a homeless dog that slept in front of the store. One of the store workers fed Remy, which was a comforting act of kindness.
However, Remy has been abused in the past. In Romania there are some cruel traditions such as burning the nose with a red-hot iron. This is thought to boost a dogs immunity and cure any temper issues. Remy unfortunately was a victim to this cruel tradition and part of her ear also appeared to be missing.
