They found him and initially took him to a shelter where he would get the care he needed. However, it turned out that the doctors could do nothing else for his cancer. The progression of the disease was beyond medical treatment. He only had a few weeks to live.
The rescuers, Jenny and Scott, then helped Theo into hospice care. They then worked on a bucket list for different activities to do with Theo for his last few weeks of life. Given what he had been through and the pain He must be in, they wanted to make his last few weeks enjoyable.
In order to complete Theo bucket list, they solicited donations on twitter. Many people uponnheating his story responded to the urgent request.
Abandoned in a Walmart parking lot, Theo was rescued just in time – for a bucket list. He's got too much cancer to cure, but his adoptive parents in Crystal Lake want Theo to get all the love he can while he's here. Can you help?
