This Jack Russel Terrier dog is absolute best friends with a wildcat Jaguar named “Jag” in South Africa. Most wonder what are the dog’s changes of survival in this situation.
We may need to update the adage “Dog is Man’s best friend” to include “Dog is everyone’s best friend”. They are so friendly and so loyal they have the potential to pretty much befriend anyone. Well, maybe not anyone, but almost anyone. They can even befriend a 200lb wild cat that could potentially eat them for breakfast, lunch, dinner or simply a snack – all without fear.
That exactly the case for this inseparable pair- Jag and Bullet. They are more than Best friends. They have turned out to be brothers and life companions.
Jag loves Bullet
Bullet is a Jack Russel Terrier dog that lives with his owner at Akwaaba Lodge in South Africa. Like most Jack Russel Terriers that are well cared for, he loves eating, sleeping and playing tag with a Jaguar. Wait, what?! Playing tag with his best friend jaguar? Yes, it’s true!
The video “Cute dog and jaguar are best friends” contains a brief account of their companionship and strong bond. The video starts with Jag and Bullet doing rough and tumble play and by all accounts you would think he’s trying to swallow the small dog for lunch. Bullet has his mouth open and screams and squirms like they he’s trying to get away. He’s not going down without a fight- Scary stuff. Then in the very next clip they are walking happily along the compound as if nothing happened.
Bullet to the Rescue
Jag moved to Akwaaba Lounge in South Africa. He was lonely and in bad need of a companionship. The owner would sleep with the Jaguar to comfort him but she could not do it all the time. So she bought Bullet the Jack Russel Terrier dog to keep him company. I wonder if his other dog friends think he’s crazy? Will bullet survive the friendship?
