A pet rescuer came across a really sad and equally disturbing scene. In a drainage ditch in a rural area, there was something tied in a yellow plastic bag and thrown inside. As the rescuer carefully opened the bag, he noticed a wet and very small and cute puppy.
The puppy looked emaciated and sick. It could barely open its eyes. It was likely on the brink of death.
There was no evidence around the puppy to indicate who had dropped the puppy there. Whoever did it had no regard for life and didn’t even bother to leave the dog food. They did not even bother to wrap the puppy in a blanket to make sure it was warm. Whoever did this, left the poor precious puppy to die.
This was absolutely heartbreaking.
